Adam is a science-driven, behavior-focused Registered Dietitian who helps athletes and individuals struggling with their weight simplify the complex world of nutrition. His approach goes beyond education—he focuses on strategic problem-solving to help clients implement what they already know in a way that actually fits their lifestyle.

Adam works best with people who feel stuck or overwhelmed by all the conflicting nutrition advice out there—whether they’re athletes looking to take their performance to the next level, trying to improve their body composition, or just figuring out where to start. He specializes in sports nutrition and is currently pursuing advanced training in obesity and weight management to better support clients working toward long-term success.

Originally from South Carolina, Adam completed his undergraduate studies at the University of South Carolina, where he worked alongside the football team’s sports dietitian. He later earned his master's degree from Winthrop University, where he was involved in sports nutrition research and supported the women’s soccer team. When he’s not working with clients, you’ll find him with his wife—golfing, training for races, or watching Chelsea Football Club matches.
