Our Team

All of our dietitians are Registered Dietitian Nutritionists (RDN), which means that they have completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nutrition, passed a national exam, and complete a number of ongoing continuing education credits annually. They are capable of developing personalized nutrition plans and always take an evidence-based approach to nutrition guidance.

FAQ

Although some health coaches may possess extra training or certifications, their expertise is primarily limited to offering generalized advice on nutrition and overall health. In contrast, Registered Dietitian Nutritionists (RDN) is a nationally recognized credential. All of our dietitians are RDNs, which means that they have completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nutrition, passed a national exam, and complete a number of ongoing continuing education credits annually. They are capable of developing personalized nutrition plans and always take an evidence-based approach to nutrition guidance. 

We are in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, United Healthcare, Humana and Cigna. Most insurance plans provide coverage for unlimited visits regarding preventative nutrition counseling with a Registered Dietitian. As a benefit to you, we check your insurance coverage and will let you know if a referral is necessary before your first paid visit.

We offer the option to pay with self-pay through single sessions or our package options.
