Our Team

All of our dietitians are Registered Dietitian Nutritionists (RD), which means that they have completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nutrition, passed a national exam, and completed a number of ongoing continuing education credits annually. Adam Williamson MS, RD, LDN

 Wake Forest - Grove 98

Adam is a science-driven, behavior-focused Registered Dietitian who helps athletes and individuals struggling with their weight simplify the complex world of nutrition. His approach goes beyond education—he focuses on strategic problem-solving to help clients implement what they already know in a way that actually fits their lifestyle.

Dillon Wingo RD, LDN, MS

 Charleston - James Island

Dillon specializes in digestive health, including IBS and IBD, as well as metabolic concerns like pre-diabetes, insulin resistance, and weight management with GLP-1 medications. She also has a strong interest in performance nutrition, helping active individuals fuel for strength, endurance, and body composition goals.

Frannie Okraski MPH, RD

 Durham - University Drive

Frannie is a performance-focused Registered Dietitian who believes nutrition is not a one-size-fits-all science. She provides individualized recommendations based on each client's lifestyle, barriers, and goals, building practical strategies that fit into real life, not just ideal conditions.

Haela Booth-Howe RD, LDN, MS

 Charleston - James Island

Haela helps clients lose weight, improve body composition, and feel more confident and in control around food. She specializes in gut health, PCOS, blood sugar management, and women’s nutrition, while also working with clients who struggle with cravings, food noise, or simply don’t know how to make healthy eating work in real life. Her approach is highly practical—helping clients build balanced meals, learn to cook and meal prep, and develop eating habits they genuinely enjoy.

Madison Raith RD, LDN, MS

Madison is a holistic dietitian with a strong background in evidence-based performance nutrition, specializing in nutrient timing, body composition goals, supplementation, and building a healthy relationship with food. She is passionate about helping clients optimize performance and overall health through sustainable lifestyle changes, meeting each individual where they are, and leading with empathy and compassion.

Molly Maxwell MS, LDN, RD

 Morrisville - Cary Parkway

Molly takes an individualized approach that prioritizes long-term consistency, practical decision-making, and a flexible relationship with food and movement. Her coaching focuses on helping clients simplify their approach to nutrition and build habits that support both health and performance without extremes.

Sophie Holsing MS, LDN, RD

 Raleigh - Brier Creek

Sophie has a passion for fitness and nutrition and believe that nutrition is medicine, playing a fundamental role in helping people feel stronger, healthier, and more confident. Her approach is individualized and functional, focusing on fueling the body, supporting recovery, building strength, and creating sustainable habits that fit each person’s lifestyle and goals.
