Our Team

All of our dietitians are Registered Dietitian Nutritionists (RD), which means that they have completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nutrition, passed a national exam, and complete a number of ongoing continuing education credits annually. Adam Williamson MS, RD, LDN

 Raleigh - Brier Creek

Adam was born and raised in South Carolina. Growing up, he played soccer, through which he found his passion for sports and training. This led him to pursue a degree in Exercise Science at the University of South Carolina. During his senior year, he switched his sights to nutrition when he began working alongside a Sports Dietitian with the football team. 

Andrea Carlisle MS, RD, LDN

 Morrisville - Cary Parkway

Andrea grew up in Cary, NC and has been in the Triangle area since 2000. Her interests include culinary nutrition, intuitive eating, and women’s health. She attended East Carolina University for her degree in Nutrition and Meredith College for her master's in nutrition. Andrea has worked as a nutrition educator, counselor, and Clinical Dietitian.

Andrew Stillwagon MS, RD, LDN

 Durham - University Drive

Andrew was born and raised on the Jersey Shore. He moved to North Carolina in 2009 to study nutrition at NC State. He continued his nutrition studies at North Carolina Central University and went on to complete his dietetic training and master’s in nutrition at Lenoir-Rhyne University. His interests include gut health, heart health, and helping individuals foster a positive relationship with food.

Bridget Kunkel MS, RD, LDN

 Winston-Salem

Originally from the suburbs of Chicago, Bridget moved to North Carolina to embrace a new chapter in her life. Her passion for running led her to compete as a Division I cross country and track athlete, which sparked a deep interest for nutrition within a performance context. This inspired Bridget to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Nutrition at Appalachian State University, followed by a Master's degree from Loyola University Chicago, leading her to a career as a performance dietitian.

Hannah Moss RD, LDN

 Wilmington - Independence Blvd

Hannah is originally from Norwood, NC and now lives in Wilmington where she enjoys the “beach life” with her fiancé, goldendoodle, and two cats. Hannah earned her degree in Nutrition and Foods from Appalachian State University, as well as completed her Dietetic Internship at Meredith College.

Megan Watson RD, LDN, MA

 Holly Springs - Hwy 55

Megan recently moved to North Carolina from Plano, TX, where she grew up. Her love of movement, wellness, and holistic health led her to become a dietitian. She received her degree in Dance Performance and PR as well as her master's in Dietetics from the University of Oklahoma.
