Megan’s love of movement, wellness, and holistic health led her to become a dietitian. She specializes in guiding women through life’s hormonal transitions. Whether they’re trying to conceive, navigating pregnancy, or moving through perimenopause and menopause. Megan combines evidence-based nutrition with a compassionate, realistic approach that helps her clients feel supported, not judged.
