Megan recently moved to North Carolina from Plano, TX, where she grew up. Her love of movement, wellness, and holistic health led her to become a dietitian. She received her degree in Dance Performance and PR as well as her master's in Dietetics from the University of Oklahoma.
Most recently, Megan worked as a corporate dietitian at the Texas Instruments headquarters in Dallas, TX. In addition, she worked part time as a Clinical Dietitian in an acute care setting, specializing in GI disease and oncology. Megan holds her Comprehensive Balanced Body Pilates Certification and has been teaching Pilates for over 6 years.
