Molly takes an individualized approach that prioritizes long-term consistency, practical decision-making, and a flexible relationship with food and movement. Her coaching focuses on helping clients simplify their approach to nutrition and build habits that support both health and performance without extremes.
She works with individuals who want a more sustainable approach to eating and training but struggle with consistency, structure, or knowing what actually applies to them.
Molly completed both her undergraduate and master’s degrees at Southeast Missouri State University. Originally from Wisconsin, she is a former Division I gymnast, which shaped her understanding of athletic performance, fueling, and the mental demands of training. She continues to prioritize movement in her personal life through running and lifting, and enjoys spending time outdoors, cooking and baking new recipes, and being with friends and family.
