Frannie is a performance-focused Registered Dietitian who believes nutrition is not a one-size-fits-all science. She provides individualized recommendations based on each client's lifestyle, barriers, and goals, building practical strategies that fit into real life, not just ideal conditions.
Frannie works best with clients who want to understand the why behind their nutrition—whether they're optimizing athletic performance, managing their health long-term, or simply trying to build sustainable habits. She is passionate about helping clients feel confident making informed decisions about their health, drawing on evidence-based guidance and a genuine commitment to meeting people where they are.
Originally from Charlotte, North Carolina, Frannie earned her Bachelor of Science in Food Science and Human Nutrition from Clemson University, where she developed her passion for sports nutrition working alongside the university's Sports Nutrition department. She went on to earn her Master of Public Health with a concentration in Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where she worked closely with the football program to support athlete performance and recovery.
