Haela is passionate about helping clients navigate pivotal life transitions—physically, emotionally, and hormonally. Her approach blends evidence-based nutrition with a whole-person lens, empowering clients to feel strong, energized, and grounded in their bodies.
Originally from Maine, Haela earned her bachelor’s in dietetics and master’s of science in nutrition from Simmons University in Boston, MA. Now based in Charleston, SC.
Haela specializes in supporting clients with blood sugar and heart health concerns—including prediabetes, type 2 diabetes, and high cholesterol—as well as women navigating perimenopause and menopause. She also works with individuals experiencing gut issues like IBS, bloating, and irregular digestion, along with those struggling with low energy, intense cravings, or feeling burnt out. Many of her clients are in midlife and looking to restore their vitality, balance, and confidence around food and in their bodies.
As a yoga teacher and lifestyle-focused dietitian, Haela integrates mindfulness, stress support, and lifestyle rhythm work into her nutrition sessions—always with a practical, compassionate, and realistic approach.
