Andrew is a Registered Dietitian with a passion for making nutrition simple—because life is already complicated enough. Whether it’s navigating weight goals, improving digestive health, or managing a chronic condition, he wants you to feel confident and supported every step of the way. He keeps things friendly, practical, and just the right amount of funny.

Andrew’s experience as a dietitian makes him well suited to support those managing chronic conditions like diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and chronic kidney disease. He is also trained on the use of a low FODMAP diet for IBS by Monash University and helps clients create personalized plans to manage bloating, acid reflux, and other digestive concerns. In addition, he brings a deep understanding of sustainable weight loss for adults of all ages—whether you’re a young professional, navigating perimenopause, or an older adult prioritizing long-term health.

Born and raised on the Jersey Shore, Andrew moved to North Carolina in 2009, where he earned degrees in nutrition science from NC State and NC Central University. He went on to complete his master’s degree and dietetic training at Lenoir-Rhyne University.

When he’s not talking about fiber and FODMAPs, Andrew enjoys movie nights with his wife, losing golf balls in the woods, and chasing after his daughter who recently started walking.
