Our Team

All of our dietitians are Registered Dietitian Nutritionists (RD), which means that they have completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nutrition, passed a national exam, and completed a number of ongoing continuing education credits annually. Adam Williamson MS, RD, LDN

 Wake Forest - Grove 98

Adam is a science-driven, behavior-focused Registered Dietitian who helps athletes and individuals struggling with their weight simplify the complex world of nutrition. His approach goes beyond education—he focuses on strategic problem-solving to help clients implement what they already know in a way that actually fits their lifestyle.

Dillon Wingo RD, LDN, MS

 Charleston - James Island

Dillon specializes in digestive health, including IBS and IBD, as well as metabolic concerns like pre-diabetes, insulin resistance, and weight management with GLP-1 medications. She also has a strong interest in performance nutrition, helping active individuals fuel for strength, endurance, and body composition goals.

Haela Booth-Howe RD, LDN, MS

 Charleston - James Island

Haela is passionate about helping clients navigate pivotal life transitions—physically, emotionally, and hormonally. Her approach blends evidence-based nutrition with a whole-person lens, empowering clients to feel strong, energized, and grounded in their bodies.

Hannah Poplin RD, LDN

 Wilmington - Independence Blvd

Hannah is committed to meeting clients where they are in their nutrition journey– from there, she creates a sustainable, customized plan with recommendations and helpful tips. She enjoys working with a variety of clients, but is especially passionate about working with clients looking to manage diabetes, meet body recomposition goals, navigate PCOS, pregnancy, or menopause.
